Exchange or Store Credit Only!
You have 14 days after purchasing in store to initiate an exchange or store credit for your item. For online store purchases you have 14 days from when you receive your item to request an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
To start your exchange or store credit please come into the store.
For online orders reach out to violetsofstrathroy@gmail.com, if your exchange or store credit is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on formal wear, sale items or gift cards.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, an exchange or store credit will be issued. If approved, we will reach out to you with more information.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please note that when choosing an exchange or store credit, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping/handling charges are not refundable.
